Why one-on-one?
A group class teaches yoga to a room.
A private session teaches yoga to you.
Your proportions, mobility, strength, experience, schedule, responsibilities, and interests are different from everyone else's. Personal instruction gives us the freedom to change the pace, sequence, postures, breathing practices and emphasis accordingly.
Over time, the goal isn't dependence on a teacher. It's learning your own practice well enough to carry it into daily life.
Yoga designed around you.
Yoga is not one-size-fits-all. The practice is most effective when adapted to the individual—their body, stage of life, experience, goals, and circumstances.
Private 1:1 Sessions bring that ancient principle into modern life.
Whether you're new to yoga, developing an existing practice, managing a demanding schedule, or looking for greater strength, mobility, balance, relaxation or depth, we'll develop a practice that meets you where you are.
Sessions may incorporate asana, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, philosophy and practical guidance for establishing a personal practice at home.
Available in person at the Citrus Club or remotely by video.

Our sessions will be
-
Personalized
Our work together begins by understanding your lifestyle, goals, stress levels, movement patterns, and experience with practice. From there, we build a personalized path designed to support your body, mind, and daily life sustainably.
-
Intentional
Every student carries different tensions, habits, and challenges. Together, we identify areas that need attention and develop a grounded practice focused on strength, mobility, breath, awareness, and nervous system balance.
-
Integrated
Real transformation happens between sessions. Each practice builds on the last, adapting to your life, your progress, and your goals—helping yoga become a natural part of how you live, not just something you do.
